Today the basic scenarios such as the assemblies, regional and metropolitan commands, among others, they are not developed, Therefore, our fundamental task to be able to move forward is to organize ourselves in popular assemblies and by work sector!! Defeat Duque's Uribista government through popular and classist organization and mobilization!!

At the same time, there is a dizzying weakening of Uribism, as representative of a part of the bourgeoisie, who is increasingly left alone and isolated, The conservative party and the U party are now turning their backs on the labor and tax reform rather than sinking alongside Uribism, It finds less and less support and more criticism at the international level and the poor people are having an experience that will be deeply recorded because our comrades murdered by the State and by the order of the current government are not forgotten., his memory is vindicated in the heat of the fight. A concrete expression of this weakening is the Uribismo's eager search to separate itself from Duque's terrible government in order to position itself for the 2022. If we want a radical transformation, it is not enough to throw out the Uribista government, since the working class and the popular sectors have to organize their destiny and this will not be possible while the exploiters are in the political power of the State., “AntiUribism” alone is not enough.

Repression and state terrorism in these 21 days of strike have been the main response that Duque and the military leadership have had to stop the momentum of our class and a people raised in a more than fair and necessary fight. In all this, the military and paramilitary forces have acted with complicity and impunity, showing that fundamentally their interests are the same and that they are willing to defend with bullets and blood the interests of the dominant classes in opposition to our demands..

In all this context, that puts us mainly to the youth, as a target of state terrorism and as the main enemy of “stability”, The CNP acts wanting to dialogue as if “nothing will happen here” by sitting down with this genocidal and precarious government, in addition to playing into the hands of the government to keep it in power and thus reach the 2022 to their electoral dispute, materializing as the left leg of the Uribista regime, playing under the rules that oxygenate it, a class betrayal is what the CNP does today by sitting with the peace commissioner and, in the mouth of Maltes president of the CUT, saying: “We will sit down as soon as the government calls us”. Finally, From Impulso Socialista we propose the following program points that we consider should be discussed and nourished by the content that the organized people decide in their assemblies.:

1. Out with Duque and his entire government! Let's promote popular assemblies!
2. For a general strike that puts the working class at the head of this fight.
3. Dismissal, trial and punishment for the entire military and police leadership and for those who gave the order to shoot, torture, rape and disappear from 28A. Trial and punishment for mayors, governors, judges and those who have justified the repression, supported militarization and that cover up and leave unpunished state terrorism and those who have carried it out.
4. Restructuring of the military forces, reforms are not enough: a. Destruction of the counterinsurgency military doctrine that treats social mobilization as an internal war. b. Dismantle ESMAD now and impossibility of developing another similar or similar repressive body. c. Destruction of military bodies, police and combined forces that are destined to massacre us in the streets and perpetuate state terrorism as the only response to social mobilization. d. 7. For a public health system, massive and free: a. Triple the health budget and unify the health system so that it is public, free and universal in the hands of the State. b. For the elimination of patents for the public production of COVID vaccines. Free and universal vaccination. c. Declare laboratories and installed capacity to produce vaccines as public property. d. and guarantee free and universal education with an injection into the budget base.
