Algeria: when people rise
ALGERIA has risen! It is a country where the protest against the regime is continuing for a long time. The revolution and war of independence against the French colonial State were paralyzed and were confiscated and then raped by the FLN, which it became a party led by a real mafia, identified and denounced as such by the Algerian people.
The population, and especially youth, It is doomed to poverty massively, unemployment and migration, in a country overflowing with riches. Indeed, Algeria is a major producer and exporter of natural gas (5º producer and exporter 4th) and oil (13º producer and exporter 9th), and also has large reserves of iron in the southwest, and gold, uranium and zinc at the southern end. It is the world's leading producer of green beans, 5Number of figs, 6Number of dates, 8No. apricot, 9Number of alcauciles or even 10th almonds.
It must be emphasized that since 1988 The Algerian government has submitted plans IMF structural adjustment against the people and the social conquests of the Algerian revolution. The current regime aims to democratize. But the "multiparty" only means that there are several parties. However, those games are subject to the rules terribly corrupt regime. This is the case of the Workers Party (PT), Luisa Hanoune is the spokesperson and deputy. As former members of the party say "Lambertist", the PT had its upswing, which indeed it was a party of revolutionary fighters and Hanoune was a very brave militant. Nevertheless, finally he joined the regime and agreed that Bouteflika could get more than two terms, in elections rigged and challenged by a large majority abstentionism. Hanoune fought against this radical abstentionism.
