A huge assembly of fighters from all time zones on the planet. From South Asia with Pakistan and Kashmir, to Eastern Europe with Ukraine and Russia, passing through the Middle East and rebellious Lebanon, Türkiye between North Asia and Europe, with Australia at the other end and from there to Nicaragua and Central America, but also Spain, France and Europe, USA and the south, the Chile of the goat revolution, the anti-fascist Brazil that moves and the Argentina that accumulates contradictions and prepares. In reality, all of Latin America had representation and presence!! With attendees following closely from Malaysia, Sahara Occidental, India and Switzerland. Exciting and emotional. This single x-ray of the composition of yesterday's meeting is proof of the success of the initiative, its need and the enormous potential in the youth that seeks a path in socialist ideas and militant organization, an exit. The struggles that do not take quarantine
The world with the pandemic is changing and nothing will possibly be the same again after the pandemic. The capitalists, they prepare their departure, the only one they know for crises and for the majority of the planet: more labor exploitation, especially for the youth; more unemployment and misery; more racism; more oppression of women and dissidence; more state repression and more destruction of nature. But, There was a question that many were asking and some already said they knew the answer., and it was “whether the pandemic was going to freeze the struggles, rebellions, revolutions in the world. And rebellion came in the heart of the empire!, in the US to answer that question; and the masses of Lebanon returned to the streets with fury, in France, in Brazil, and all of Latin America the people begin to move because our struggles do not take quarantine! And a fundamental feature of these rebellions, of these struggles that are resumed throughout the world, It is the outstanding role of youth, precarious youth, student youth, youth victims of racism and all oppressions, the youth that fights occupying this present and prepares to build another future, opposite to what capitalism can offer.
The terror of those who rule, their lies and our purpose
Those who rule the world, their governments, their matches, its intellectuals, your media, They want us to believe that there is a good version of capitalism. That what is failing is the “neoliberal” version. But there is a “progressive” model, "human", of capitalism. It is the typical ideological campaign in moments of crisis!! They intend to confuse the youth who are becoming radicalized!, who is instinctively anti-capitalist, for your real experience, so that it does not adhere to the ideas of social change, of the revolution, of socialism! But all they have to offer us are words, They are speeches: nor decent work, nor free and universal quality education, no freedoms, no right to choose, nor nature, nothing. They are afraid, That is why the old reformist ideas of capitalism with a human face are resurrected! Theirs is a utopia, because the fight to change the world at its base, It is the most realistic of all the proposals. And that is the main purpose that we have to propose: turn around absolutely everything.
The flags of youth have no borders
The deliberation of the Meeting was very rich in reflecting the reality of working and student youth in the most varied regions of the planet.. These causes, like fighting banners, They can be the basis of a real program for a youth with the purpose of reorganizing everything on new bases and mainly, the task, to build militant organizations, to make our policy. And with the LIS as a starting point, a true tool for all the exploited and oppressed in the world..
Avant-garde in the streets, vanguard in the militant organization
Our international organization is open to all fighters in the world. Hundreds of independent young people participated in this International Meeting, they came to meet us. Because the ideas of the revolution are more valid than ever. Because the false illusions in capitalism fall, are knocked down, like the statues of racists and slavers. The task of all the LIS militancy in each country is now to bring the main conclusions of yesterday's event to all the new activists who approached. And from there and all the young vanguard that is mobilized in all countries. To all of them, We want to propose great challenges and concrete action: organize and fight for these causes and flags that unite us. In the opposite trench of those who rule.
