Chile is still awake
in caravans, one car after another, in the micro, walking, Chile is still awake and arrived en masse at the Plaza de la Dignidad. We arrive at our square to make it clear that we never left, that the pandemic put us on standby, but we never left.
Since early Sunday, From the balconies and windows you could see the caravans of cars marching towards Dignity. One year since the revolution and the people know what it is about, none of the problems raised have been resolved, quite the opposite, have deepened. That is why the people are mobilizing to recover the streets.
The streets rule
Just one week before the plebiscite we are taking part in a new historical event, to make it clear where the strength lies, the power of this town that is standing despite the pandemic, despite the agreements, yet.
Those who are only content to talk about the possible dedicated entire days to proposing “precaution”, "Careful", “don't move”. As always, they work so that the strength of our people does not express itself., to avoid this very important date and deposit it in the plebiscite. But not, times cannot be advanced and there is no plebiscite without revolution, and today was our day.
We took to the streets again to remind those who wanted to agree that we are clear about why we fight., that we are not satisfied with the “possible” that we are willing to go for everything, because everything is possible. That is why we remove from the square those who intend to use our struggle to repeat old defeats., That is why the new flags were not questioned and flew along with those of the people..
The streets rule, They do not wait for the permission of reformism or the candidates, they ring in squares across the country with the power of changes that have no turning back.
The definitive week
We face repression, we recover the places, We only need to hold high the program of the revolution, hold the flags of approval, but with the clarity of knowing that we have to strengthen our claim to turn everything around, far beyond the electoral.
Get back on track from October and transform life as we know it. For that we have to throw out Piñera, we have to finish with the pacos, we have to tear down the 2/3 and build something new, anti-capitalism.
