Sahara Occidental: Declaration of the youth of the Polisario Front (UJSARIO)

Youth organizations maintain that the situation in Western Sahara deserves urgent solidarity and attention from the international community, and of all the progressive forces of the world, to support the legitimate and noble struggle of the Saharawi people against the illegal and brutal colonial occupation of the Kingdom of Morocco.

We deeply regret the irresponsible behavior of the United Nations and all other regional organizations., that they are doing nothing to end the illegal occupation of Morocco, and we condemn this complicit silence in the face of the flagrant violation by Morocco of the right to freedom and independence of the Sahrawi people.

Youth organizations require the UN Security Council to name things as they should be named and, Consequently, adopt a clear position that promotes the decolonization of Western Sahara in accordance with the resolution 1514 and other relevant UN resolutions.
In this sense, we would like to remind the UN and all other international and regional organizations of the following facts that seem to be ignored or suppressed behind the smokescreen of irrelevant realpolitik terms:

1- Morocco remains an illegal occupation military force in Western Sahara. It has absolutely no sovereignty over the territory and must be placed in its rightful place.

2- Western Sahara is a non-autonomous territory according to the UN and is an independent and sovereign member state of the African Union, whose town, the saharawi people, he is the only possessor of sovereignty over his land and he is the only one who can decide his destiny and future.

3- The question of Western Sahara has been treated as a case of decolonization since 1963, and as such it must be resolved. We totally reject Moroccan attempts to impose all kinds of colonial fait accompli, and we consider the tolerance of the international community of this outrage as a clear and shameless support for the right of the jungle in international relations.

4- We call for the immediate liberation of Western Sahara from Moroccan colonialism and we call on all sister organizations to do everything possible to raise awareness among their peoples., their governments and civil society on Moroccan crimes.

5- We firmly support the Sahrawi civilians who demonstrate against the illegal breach built by Morocco in the El Guerguarat region, and we fully support your legitimate right to end this illegal and continuing violation of the agreement plan and ceasefire..

6- We also call on the Polisario Front and its armed wing to protect Sahrawi civilians from any possible repression or attack by Moroccan soldiers or settlers., and we consider this task as a legitimate and indisputable obligation of the Polisario and the Saharawi government towards their citizens.

7- We condemn the illegal looting of Sahrawi natural resources by Morocco and the European Union, and we hold them responsible for the persistence of Moroccan crimes in Western Sahara.

Finally, We ask the UN to stop turning a blind eye to its own resolutions and laws in Western Sahara and to start implementing them, forcing Morocco to withdraw completely from Western Sahara to allow its people to live freely and with dignity in their land.
