said event, which will simultaneously cover 18 of the 24 time zones, will have the participation of revolutionary socialist leaders and activists belonging to parties and groups of more than 30 countries of the five continents of the world and will be translated into eight languages.
Alejandro Bodart, coordinator of the LIS and leader of the MST in the FIT Unit of Argentina, commented on the political purpose of said call: «We are witnessing the greatest crisis of the capitalist system in its entire history, what is provoking popular rebellions, revolutions and political turns to the left of the mass movement in different parts of the planet. This generates a marked social polarization against the right, that has a clear exit program for this crisis based on imposing more super-exploitation, adjustment plans and extractivist looting.
"Faced with this pressing situation, from the revolutionary left, In our conference we are going to discuss how to advance in the construction of revolutionary organizations in our respective countries., and in that way, continue to jointly strengthen a political tool at the international level: our International Socialist League».
Likewise, Bodart added: «The global advance of the LIS, as a dynamic sector of revolutionary internationalism, it is a point of support to respond to this challenging situation and move towards a socialist project for humanity.
