Cádiz: if the metal workers win, we all win

With more settings, cuts of conquests and abuses, The bosses want the crisis to be paid for by the workers. You have to stop their hand.

On Tuesday 16 the workers began the indefinite strike. They face employer attempts to cut wages, eliminate extra payments, to extend the working day, cut incentives and refusal to pay for risky work. With adjustment, cut back on conquests and abuses they want the workers to pay for the crisis.

From the firm will of workers' struggle, CCOO and UGT obstacles were overcome, the strike is strong, is becoming more known and supported, both in Cádiz and throughout the Spanish State. Solidarity is no accident, expresses sympathy with those who defend their rights, facing police charges.

With the crisis of the capitalist economy there are layoffs, restructuring and other adjustments that deepen deindustrialization, in favor of quick and easy business. The bosses do not care about the lives of the workers or their families. They want to maintain the precariousness imposed by labor reforms and trample on rights to obtain more and more profits.  

If the workers of Cádiz win, we all win. You have to stop the hand of the bosses, they act under the cloak that the government of "Progressive coalition", those who manage for the rich, the PP, Vox and Citizens. Down with the labor reform. Solidarity with the workers' strike. Let's repudiate repression. That the majority centrals convene assemblies, national mobilizations and general strike in support of those who fight.
