From formal education to decent work: "between a rock and a hard place"

Cost the studies, getting a job and becoming independent becomes increasingly difficult.

By Diego Fernandez

The majority of youth in the Spanish State are continuously seen "between a rock and a hard place" once the end of your compulsory education period is crossed. Which is located in secondary education and / or in the 16 year old, faces an ongoing debate to increase their studies and academic skills and enter the job market in a way that allows for social and economic independence.

The precarization of working conditions with the latest labor reforms and the boom in very poor service sector, that directly attack the working class and to youth and female employment, market access is a trap youth work. Unstable jobs, precarious, with terrible conditions and in eternal working days that include week and holidays, it is what usually accompanies the youth who seek their emancipation before 22/23 year old, average in which the majority of university graduates.

…not being possible an emancipation of the family entity with guarantees until 25, 30 and more than thirty years for a reviled youth.

further, yes them young people want to have an academic training that allows them some possibility to have a decent job, Master's studies are continually needed and increasingly essential university doctorates to opt for said posts, to the Which, for economic conditions it is not much less achievable for the majority of the Spanish population.

Thus, we are in conditions in which to access a job curiously worthy, you need to have broad economic coverage, (either family or through exploitation work combined with studies) than allow for real economic and vital independence, not being possible emancipation of the family entity with guarantees up to 25, 30 and more of the thirty years for a vilified youth.

This originates turn, low participation of youth in organizations union workers, due both to the late entry into the labor market, as the deficit precarization of the first jobs and the stagnation of these organizations led by authentic dinosaurs. All this We can compile to conclude as a weakening caused more by the global capitalism and state structures against political action and social mobilization of youth in the Spanish State. You have to give turned everything so that capitalism does not liquidate our future.
