Among the votes in favor were those of legislators Myriam Bregman and Alejandrina Barry (PTS) and Gabriel Solano (PO), what we consider a capitulation to Zionist demands.
How did the line drop come? The IHRA promotes an intentional and false definition ofantisemitism; the Argentine government completely yielded to thatlobby and adopted it through its Resolution 114/2020 of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship; He proposed that Justice also assume it, The congress, the executive powers and provincial legislatures ... and the Buenos Aires Legislature slavishly obeyed said Yankee-Zionist political orders.

In such a setting, the Buenos Aires law on "antisemitism" is functional to the colonial and racist offensive of Zionism with the backing of North American imperialism. And at the same time it is, in fact, a setback against the historical and present struggle of the heroic Palestinian people. We call on the PTS and PO leaders to rectify their position and reverse this capitulation.
